How often can I place an order?

You can place one order at a time. Once you place an order, you can add or remove products anytime before the order deadline. Each delivery option is on a different schedule. You can view the next pickup/delivery date and the next order deadline at the top of every page.

Do you charge for meat by the pound?

On most cuts, yes we do! We do our best to estimate the weight of each cut and will reach out to you if there is a big discrepancy.

When will my card be charged?

Cards are charged after your order is packed and we know exactly what you'll be receiving. That includes the exact weight of meat sold by the pound. Cards are typically charged the day before pickup/delivery.

When will my order be delivered?

You can see the next available pickup/delivery date the at the top of every page. You will also see your pickup/delivery date on the checkout page and in the order emails that follow.
